Around 11:30am on Friday, April 4, 2025, Chester County Communications alerted Station 64 (Norco) and Station 62 (Ridge) along with MICU 84 (Goodwill EMS) for a reported house fire in the 1400 block of Chestnut Hill Rd in North Coventry Twp. Initial notes provided to Chief 64 was for a vehicle on fire inside the attached garage of the residence. Chief 64 arrived on scene shortly after with smoke from the eves of the dwelling. Engine 62-1 arrived shortly after Engine 64-5 and crews went to work with opening up access to the garage through the main garage door and stretching a 2nd handline to the front door after making access to stop any spread of fire to the main dwelling. Engine 62-5 and Rescue 62 arrived with additional manpower and supplied Engine 64-5. Fortunately through quick work of the arriving crews and the garage being closed up the fire was able to be confined to the garage and vehicle. Crews assisted with overhaul, checking for no further extension and ventilating the residence of smoke.

All 62 Units were clear of the scene available after 1.5 hours.
