Just before 9:00am , Station 62 along with MICU 83-4 (Goodwill) were dispatched to the 600 block of Seven Stars Road for an accident with entrapment, vehicle overturned. Lieutenant 62 arrived and confirmed the report. Rescue 62 responded and crews were able to open the door and assist the vehicle occupant out. The occupant was transported to a local hospital for treatment by MICU 83-4. At approximately 9:15am, Station 62 responded to and quickly cleared a fire alarm on the Unit Block of Whitehorse Lane. Just after 12:30pm Station 62 and Station 64 (Norco) were called to the 200 block of Kulp Road for a possible house fire. Chief 62 responded along with Engine 62-2, Rescue 62, and Engine 62-5. Units arrived and discovered the issue to be a malfunctioning heater. Crews were back in service within thirty minutes. At 3:40pm, Chief 62 responded to a second fire alarm on the Unit Block of Whitehorse Lane. The final call of the day came just before 6pm, crews responded to Route 23 and Route 100 for an auto accident. Rescue 62 and Engine 62-2 along with 62 Fire Police responded. Crews were on scene for 15 minutes.
