Just after 3:15PM Station 62 along with Medic 329-3 (Goodwill) were dispatched to the area of Linfield Road and 724 for an accident with entrapment. Rescue 62 arrived with a three vehicle accident, with a patient confined in one vehicle. Rescue 62 opened the door utilizing hydraulic tools, while 62 Fire Police detoured traffic. Utility 62-1 arrived on the scene and assisted. MICU84-2 (Goodwill) was also called to the scene to evaluate injuries .

While operating at Linfield Road and 724 , Chester County Fire Radio advised units on the scene that a second accident with entrapment was being dispatched to the area of the 2200 block of Pottstown Pike (Route 100). Chief 62 arrived to find a four vehicle accident with one patient confined in one of the vehicles. Engine 62-1 and Utility 62-1 arrived and quickly went into service freeing the occupant of the vehicle. MICU 84-2 (Goodwill) and MICU 83-4 (Friendship) arrived on scene to evaluate vehicle occupants. Station 62 Units were in service for approximately two hours before returning to the station.
