Just before 4:30pm, Station 62 along with MICU 84-2 (Goodwill EMS) were dispatched to the area of Route 23/Route 100 for an auto accident. Deputy 62 arrived to find an accident involving a tractor trailer and several other vehicles on the 900 block of Ridge Road. Rescue 62 arrived and began to control hazards. MICU 84-2 arrived and evaluated the occupants of one of the involved vehicles. 62 Fire Police closed Route 23 while crews operated on the scene and Pennsylvania State Police investigated. Engine 62-1 arrived and assisted with clean up. Crews were in service for about one hour before returning to the station.

Just after 10pm, Station 62 and MICU 84-2 (Goodwill EMS) were called out to the 900 block of Ridge Road for an auto accident. Chief 62 arrived to find a two vehicle accident. Rescue 62 and Utility 62-1 assisted with hazard control and debris removal , while 62 Fire Police closed Route 23 down to allow crews to safely operate. Crews were in service for about 30 minutes before returning to the station.
